White Light
LED street lights emit a white light rather than the dull amber glow produced by traditional sodium lanterns.
White light is crisp and allows much clearer definition and colour rendition. It also enables people to be able to distinguish objects, people and hazards more easily.
Surveys of residents in roads where Stela has been installed show that 83% are satisfied with the colour of the LED street light.
LED street lights are made up from clusters of light sources that illuminate the target zone. This provides a layered lighting effect to ensure there are no dark spots.
